WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused gear can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Customer is responsible for costs associated with return shipping. Refunds are issued when the gear is received.
Coffee beans are not eligible for return, but if you are at all dissatisfied please let us know.
HOW MUCH COFFEE IS IN A BAG?
All coffee is sold by the bag which is around 12oz, or around 350 g. We roast in small batches of unroasted beans. The final weight varies because each bean is unique and loses moisture during the roasting process at an uneven rate.
HOW MUCH COFFEE CAN I MAKE WITH ONE BAG?
7 pots of coffee in an 8 cup brewer (50g per pot)
17 AeroPress servings (20g per cup)
17 espresso shots (20g per shot)
9 pots of Chemex (35g per pot)
WHY SHOULD I BREW MY OWN COFFEE?
